4 × 3 × 2 panels: a 30 m³ bolted panel tank
4 panels long, 3 wide and 2 high. On the 1080 mm module that is 4,32 × 3,24 × 2,16 metres outside, and 30,2 m³ of shell volume.

What the software produces for this configuration
Enter the grid, click the connections onto the model, and the job goes to the engineering side. The numbers and the paperwork come off the same model together.
- Full and half panel counts, and the panel layout
- M10x25 bolts, split by where they go: side, base, roof, tie, external, vertical
- Side and base gasket by the metre, plus T gasket
- Volume in cubic metres and litres
- The A0 technical sheet as a four page PDF, DXF, an Excel analysis and the technical quote
What does not change
- 1080 mm module, halves allowed
- Panel material: galvanised, hot dip galvanised, magnesium, SS304, SS316
- Base type and support type: none, internal, external
- Connections are placed by clicking the model: inlet, outlet, overflow, drain, level, manhole, DN15 to DN200
About the numbers on this page
The outside dimensions and the shell volume are worked out from the grid. Shell volume comes from the outside of the tank; the usable water volume is lower, once freeboard and internals are taken off. Panel, bolt and gasket quantities are deliberately not here: they depend on your panel type, your bolt pattern and your support choice, and the software takes them from your own catalogue.
